Here at AP SPORTS REGIMEN, we strive to ship your order the same day the order is received and only if your order payment has been verified before 2:00 p.m. IST.  Orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday will ship on the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We would gladly accept your return , only if the product is damaged in transit or if you have received different product from what you have ordered and these 3 following conditions are met:

• You should have a video evidence that it received to you damaged by the courier . Start video before opening up of the outer carton 
• Returns must be processed within 15 days from the day of receipt.
• Item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website.

***Unfortunately, items that were purchased during a sale event, or using a coupon code at checkout, do not qualify for refunds/exchange.

***Shipping costs are NON-Refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds can only be process using the same method of payment. We will only refund the total amount paid for the product, shipping and other charges are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@apsportsregimen.co.in  (Monday to Saturday, 1PM to 7PM and Sunday, 1 PM to 5PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
